It’s that time of the year again, and CASA is getting ready to kick off its annual Holiday Project: providing essential-needs items such as winter coats, socks, shoes & undergarments, and gifts for every foster child from San Benito County this holiday season. If you are interested in supporting the Holiday Project, there are a few ways to get involved:
- “Adopt” a Child: we will provide you with a list of a child’s top need and two wishes.
- New & Unwrapped Gifts for children of all ages (0-21 yrs): this could be educational toys, games, books, Barbies, Legos, and gift cards (such as Target, Walmart, Kohl’s, Ross, McDonald’s, Chipotle, Subway, etc.)
- Monetary Donations: monetary donations are used to purchase essential-needs items and gifts for the foster children. Once again, CASA is honored to be partnering with the 12 Days of Giving Campaign, which means monetary donations made to CASA between Dec. 1 – Dec. 12 will be matched by generous business sponsors. Checks may be made directly to CASA, please be sure to note “12 Days of Giving” in the memo, or you can donate online here; please be sure to note CASA in the purpose/designation field.
